020 - Turquoise Pitcher

Believed thrown by Clem Hull

Others known to have thrown at Hull-Santa Fe include Fran Hull and Walter Hull. Fran's work is known to have "Fran" incised on the bottom.

The upside down "T" on the bottom is believed to be a finishing instruction indicating it was to be fired with the turquoise glaze.
Thrown at the Hull-Santa Fe Pottery in Santa Fe, New Mexico
between 1938 and 1942

From the collection of Charles A. Blim Jr. of vasefinder.com
