Dirty Bottom

Note the bit of mulberry glaze on the bottom. This was typical for the"Dirty Bottom" era.

Note also the "artifacts" on the glaze, such as bubble popping and dark spots. Impurities in the glaze ingredients often led to such artifacts, which many view as attractive and lend character to a piece.
